I play that game like crazy and I do own a 3DS. Unfortunately, all 3DS are region locked without hacking, so I can't play the JP one (not like I can read it anyways).
Did you get your 3DS from Thailand or did you buy it from Japan? Because from experience, I know many consoles in Thailand are hacked before being sold. x3

I've noticed! Most of the gaming stores I've seen in Bangkok sell mainly Sony related products (mostly PS2 at that time, but I haven't been there in 3 years). Didn't think the prices would be that high though. I mean I know it would be more than the US, but not that much! x3
There's no love for non-first world countries apparently since in Japan the price is pretty the same as in the US, if not slightly cheaper. Maybe just import it from there like with the 3DS LL. Combined price may probably be less than buying it from Thailand itself!
But not like it matters since PS4 doesn't really have any notable games yet to me. :P

In Japan , it almost 399USD like in US.
but the problem is ... PS4 is more heavier than 3DS. combine with shipping cost it will be around 500USD which is almost the same price as PS4 Japan in Thai [yes some store import from japan as well].
There are also warranty issue as well since we can't bring PS4 japan into Thai sony store. Only PS4 in South East Asia country can send in to Thai sony store if the console have problem.

I play my 3DS exclusively for Animal Crossing NL at the moment. That and PaD is all really play nowadays. I don't have time for playing major games. At least not until Kirby Triple Deluxe!
Also I'm waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3 on the PS4. Literally, that's all I want!...Unless another Disgaea game is coming for PS4, in which I'd like that too. .w.
