well i think crediting the original artist to avoid conflict would be obvious... you need to update your description linking to the original and confirming with the real owner that yes you are allowed to have this up. Other wise you will need to take this image off the site, if not then you should prepare yourself for the many others like myself who recognize the image not belonging to you and starting fights over the web. Trust me if you have not seen something like that happen it will and it wont be pretty, I'm being nice here. There are tons of people who will not take kindly to this, so best thing is to contact the owner as soon as possible and credit them.
