Soul Shinoda is a Fennec fox and a senior at Solaris Notre University. Over his gruelingly long term at the school Soul and two of his friends founded Silent Uproar, an underground organization of students that meet at night to discuss topics typically forbidden by the Bishops. He comes across as lighthearted and goofy but he also has a stern side he only shows when it's necessary. Soul saw a lot of himself in Caxton which has lead him to treat Caxton as if he were his younger brother. He was not originally chosen to be in A'Risel House but due to a disagreement with his previous Head of House he was permitted by Abbot Mormont to change to the second house he was best suited for.

Students have been disappearing at the school for some time but it has recently increased to a point where it can no longer be ignored. Soul's fate along with that of all the other students at the school is primarily determined by decisions made by the game's protagonist. You'll need to play the game to fully understand what happens to Soul or any of the other characters.
