Icee can fit in your hand and is roughly 5 inches tall.
He's lightweight and can fly easily because of it, but if he wants to go fast his wings move faster, like that of a hummingbird.
He doesn't like strong winds because if there's nothing to grab onto with his hook-like feet he'll blow away.
I want to draw more of these fluffehs, would anyone be interested in cheap adopts?
