Well, it's not exactly what I consider a reference sheet,
but this is Koi Cassidy.
and KC's power is insane intelligence.
(Cassidy apparently means Intelligent in some languages.)
And her powers rein through her eyes, paws (like RJ) and her tail.
The necklace (like Rowtag) she keeps around her tail is to balance her powers.
Also all the face fur keeps her powers stable as well.
If those hairs were to get cut off, she will loose it a little.
Without these pieces of jewelry their powers will be unstable.
They are not fabrics of any sort.
A very strong dense element from space, is what they're made of.
Anyways. Here's this lovely lady.
