Watchers Giveaway Prize - 6/6
Woooo finally finished. This picture took me forever.
Anyway, this is the last Watchers Giveaway Prize for the wonderful wolf-nymph. It's her Alecani character, Nym, fighting a dragon. Now, dragons aren't normally evil in Eski's Tea Feathers story, but this one is infected with the deadly night spire fungus, which takes control of its host and turns it into a murderous zombie before killing it. The fungus likes to target dragons and other flying creatures to help better spread its spores. The only way to stop the fungus is to kill the infected hosts before the spores are released. The dragon here has a whole heap of spores just waiting to be let free. *pokes orange boils*
Eski has been helping me out a bunch the last year or so, so I tried my damnedest on this piece for her. I'm not too experienced with landscapes but at least I learned a lot while I was working on this! I'd really like to do more landscape pictures in the future.

Man this is INTENSE, I love it so much! The choice of the boils on the dragon is perfect, shows that he's not well, not himself. Definitely gets that horror squick factor in, which is totally what I'm aiming for with the Night Spores. The dragon's scales too, WOW! Bet he was a glorious beast in life. And Nym's expression is so intense, so perfect! Man, well done over all, you are such a fantastic artist!

I think the concept could definitely be pushed some more. Like, spores pouring out of his eyes or ripping through his muscles - that sort of thing. I think I went a bit too safe in my approach here. If I were to do it again, I would go 1000% freaky zombie on him.
