FINALLY, I have a ref sheet for her.

BUT here are some more details:

NO, she is not a liger, she's just a tiger with a tuft at the end of her tail, also Chevron style stripes on her tail

She has the fire kanji on couple parts of her body, namely her back and ankles

Her eyes are biocular (2 colors-same pupil)
