Ratri’s extraordinary adventure

A breeze burst though the air of a small forest deep in the middle of nowhere. In the distance a black furred female saunters though an opening. The air has crisp pine scent to it and its cool outside. Not cool enough to put on a heavy coat, but you might wanna grab a hoodie. Ratri sniffs the air, giggles, and continues her walk. The cold morning dew giving her paws a slight jolt, she doesn’t mind it though. As she looks around at her scenery she is very pleased. The trees are adorned with new green leaves and little red speckled mushrooms grow on the ground and trunks of the trees.

Another burst of wind slightly ruffles her rainbow fur upon her head. The coolness wakes her up a bit and her multi colored tail sways, showing joy. All of sudden a strange white aura surrounds Ratri. She looks shocked, her shock suddenly subsides when she is gently levitated off the ground and up to the heads of the trees. She now has control over the strange aura and looks over the forest. With the morning sunlight colliding with the dew splattered trees, a prism-like hue comes from the trees. She gusts herself farther into the air and is quickly surrounded by migrating ducks and an untouched blue sky.

She sits there for a while, drawing what she sees for what seems like days, but in all reality was only 2 hours and floats gently to the ground. She smiles and runs home , ready to frame her new piece of art she soon titled “Sky Forest”. Story by
