And the last of my Whimsies, Gelu, the weakest of them. She's a very happy despite not being very powerful. When things are still cold, she's responsible for the frost creeping along windows and stone. She isn't powerful enough to make it snow, but she could make you a very "fine grind" snow cone. People think she's the reason the snow melts, as she shows up when things are warm enough to prevent snow, but cold enough for frost.
