Furnal Equinox 2014 - Heather Bruton Roommates Sketch
And in what I hope to make a tradition, this sketch is of myself and all my roommates at Furnal Equinox 2014 and it was drawn by the lovely and very talented

Going clockwise from the top right we have
fulminar, 
jacobohare, 
salvestro, 
matthiasRat, and 
wolffriend. Jacob has his paw on my head to keep me from bouncing up and down squeaking! Poor WolfFriend wasn't with us when we went to Heather's table so he didn't get into the reference picture Heather took, but the husky taur managed to squeeze in anyway!
I am honored and delighted to have shared a room with these four fine gentleman. I look forward to seeing each and every one of them again at the next con! You are my dear friends and I love you all!

Yay! Awesomeness. This is probably another one of the magical things that made the con for me. I'm not in many other pictures with other people. It's awesome seeing myself with all you guys. We all look so cute and fuzzy. I still think it's neat that Heather got our heights correct. I could try coloring this one but I really think it looks great the way it is.
*grins widely* And that is one reason why I wanted to get this tradition started. We are friends. We ought to be seen being friends.

This is really the reason I love going to conventions like this. Although the panels, art shows, and meet-and-greets are fun, the essence of the convention is getting to hang out with friends that are usually really far away. As I am personally on a separate landmass from a lot of my furry friends, I find it is well worth the often-pricey airline tickets to have a few days together with them.
Looking forward to the combined fun of the TSA Bash and Anthrocon this year, and can't wait to see everyone there!
