I adopted him off of I saw him and fell in love! He just looks so mischievous! XD and here is a small description of him:

He's - quite literally - radioactive, somewhat by choice. He paints the blue markings on with radioactive material, but looking at the fact that he can hold and even create small amounts of radioactive material (that might even burn on contact), the markings won't be much of a problem.
The ring around his hood stays because this guy is literaly a tad magnetic towards certain materials.
