If you have any questions about how to take your measurements, please do not hesitate to ask!
I prefer to take measurements with a soft tape measure used for sewing, they can be found in the craft/fabric department at Walmart.
All measurements are to be taken in inches, shoe sizes in American sizes please.
The blue line across the hand represents hand size, I need to know if you prefer a small, medium, or large glove/paw size. If you don't provide me with a size I will contact you about it or make them on the larger side for you.
Head measurements are to be taken around the forehead just above the eyebrow, and under the chin to the top of the head. ALL THE WAY AROUND PLEASE.

I believe she was saying she thinks it's great you request the measurements for one and two of the chart instead of needing a duct tape dummy? Hummm. I don't see why you wouldn't just say 'I think it's great you require the measurements rather than needing a duct tape dummy' x3;;
