this is a great pic, it's got such a tragic feeling and the rabbits are beautifully made. =3 They seem to be very animated in my imagination as I view the image. ^_^

thank you so much! even though the picture itself is tragic, I wanted it to have a sense of peace too. To me, the little boy knows that he won't possibly get better and so the only way he knows to help is to leave his mother with a little hope and optimism. everyone knows in dire situations that it is sometimes all in vain, and yet sometimes at the end making things comfortable and quiet is the best you can do c:
