I always thought of Tsubame being quite the little devil, and a master of pranks as well too. You see back in Godai Ninja Academy she was a troublemaker, but all in good nature. Usually her target for most of her pranks was none other than Jazmin Usagi, and boy did they have an interesting friendship.
Although Tsubame usually prank her to try and loosen her up, and to have fun once an a while. Even now both graduated from the academy, Tsubame still has a lot of tricks up her sleeve.
