Gah, I wish I had characters like this. Unfortunately, mine tend to be more creative in personality and story than design. I have such a poor artistic imagination when it comes to unique character design. </3

I didn't realize that the orange was actually short fur, that's quite interesting. I had assumed it was skin, or a sheet of very small, fused scales.
Nice take on the long body of an eastern dragon, the short stature with a powerful, flexible tail is very aesthetically pleasing, and functional. I love it! <3
