Hi you fuzzy furry audiophiles of FA... and you pen paper
paintbrush digital artsy furs as well.
This track is dedicated to one cute fem-skunk
clairelamouf
Because of the content of the track contains.
The song "Claire" by the "Singers United"
Yes this song was sampled by the legendary beatmaker J.Dilla.
(google it if ya don't know who he is and the track J.Dilla
produced)
For my next trick I will attempt as J.Dilla did in a Hip-hop beat and Rap track and use that sample
to orchestrate a smooth vocal vibe inside a deep house track.
And as a bonus to this abstraction.. I included a random vocal for
the Wolf furs out there.. If I can find a strong interest in a
fem-skunk such as
clairelamouf then
"Hey..! Who you wolves got?"...
Don't know if Dilla listened to classic styles of house music but
I hope the vibe resonates with y'all.
Recorded using the T.R.E.E tm process.
Mastered at FourPawsFader studio. MW USA.
124 BPM
Hope you like.. and
clairelamouf does as well.

Thanks Keeny.. I thought that ending part from the Claire song with the whistle was a fitting ending for the track.. its a really a nice upbeat song from the early 70's. Heh maybe I should try for a second time at a recording career.. eh... maybe... but thanks for the support..
Had to fave this both cuz it's bouncy and catchy and cuz i'm a long time fan of Claire (Dana)...wish i knew more about the history of the style - the 90s was for me being a dad and work ...The sample J.Dilla used is from "Singers Unlimited" (a jazz vocal quartet) covering a "Gilbert O'Sullivan" pop hit fro the early 70's - and their cover, while having some slick 7th/9th chords harmonies is sort of cringe worthy..okay, it could be used as torture if set on a loop:

Don't know anything about J.Dilla, so it looks like i have lots of cool tunes to discover...
Anyway, faved your track cuz it stands on it's own...er dances on it's own! ^_^

Here's the instrumental version he produced for a Hip Hop group he was also a part of and used a sample from the titular track "Claire" as a play on words most didn't know that this was the song he used because of the title "Players" . http://youtu.be/SP3g8X1LilY The sample is contained in the track. He was known and respected by many artists for his production style and technique and creativity to "chop" or slice samples to "make beats" across mainly hip hop but also other genres as well. Even more so posthumously . Thanks for the fave and listen.
