Refresh for minor correction.Another stream commission for
userpay. This is Userpay's eastern dragon character, Arashi. A kind of a stormy eastern dragon with storm cloud dappling. I've never painted clouds as part of a character's markings before so that was fun to do!

I've actually got a second commission for userpay going up later tonight. I think I've drawn all of her characters now expect one. lol.
And sorry I the timing didn't work out during my stream for your commission. I was hoping to start the stream earlier in the day but I had something unexpected come up and started later than I wanted. Next one though I'm hoping to get an earlier start for the day owls or those who are in earlier time zones. :P
