Abundant mineral ressources, luxurious garden like livingspaces, fully automated industrial modules, traveltimes ranging from minutes on foot to half a year in a spaceship:
That are the Asgard United Habitats and the network of space installations controlled and maintained from Central Command, the oldest of the habitats, dug deep into Midgard's moon Asgard.
With a mostly canine population in various degrees of anthropomorphisation ( fluent, staged uplift process ), a big number of fully anthropomorphic "doggygirls", small numbers of anthro snowleopards and a few handful's of humans (males), the Asgard Habitats are worlds unto themselves.
The main problem the inhabitants are facing is that the habitats and their systems were designed by, and built for, anthro tigers.
Machines and tools are easy to manufacture using existing template systems , but designing items like clothing for humans - as the canines think clothes superfluous they don't need any themselves - is an exasperating task.
As a result clothing is mostly manufactured manually, and as the clothes are manufactured by the canines, they want their humans to look "good".
Due to the slightly different view on life canines have, and the fact that most canines actually manufacturing clothing think it a big fun joke of sorts, the resulting clothing is very elaborate and done with great love to details.
Working using photos and pictures the humans brought from earth, the style is distinctly victorian.
Combining that with parts from the habitats manufacturing plants, the results are ....
Pretty much what Earth-Humans would call "Steampunk".
Here we see a man from one of the explorer groups of the habitats, that, together with a group of up to 20 canine specialists, explore, repair, and configure yet uninhabited habitats.
As sometimes the native wildlife of the habitats might be aggressive, he is wearing a Combi-Stunner, a gun using both rapid light flashes as well as sonic shockwaves to produce effects ranging from an epileptical attack to heavy nausea and temporary desorientation to unconsciousness.
The scarf, looking very harmelss, contains microwoven filters, permitting to be pulled over the face and serving as a gas-mask. The coats insides contain gloves as well as two flat cannisters on the back containing rebreathers and in the wide collar is a foil-helmet. This emergency equipment permits the wearer to remain conscious and able to act for about 10 minutes in full vacuum or poisenous athmospheres.
With the coat being woven from metallic, nonconductive fibers, it's a bit on the heavy side, but provides good protection against the obnoxities of life.
Asgard humans are educated in a wide variety of fields. Canines tend to gently press them toward adminsitration ,research, development and design jobs, away from anthing that might be harmful or dangerous for a human.
Still, when a human wants and is able to to go on adventure with his canine friends, he'll be most welcome.
The inner garments are mostly woven from shedded canine fur. It's quite common for a human to get his clothes made from his canine families fur.
With the occasional snowleopard fur thrown in when there's one who's a friend of the family.
And when you start finding socks or briefs in your mail from an undisclosed recipient, it usually means that a canine girl has a serious crush on you.
The United Habitat's flag can be seen on his shoulder, like it can be found on the canine military specialists shoulderpatch here:

( And likewise on the shuttle in the lower left )
This particular human is Aries Hausdorff.

With about a thousand habitats, over time, you'll find almost every combination. In Central Control, the original and oldest habitat, which is the only one with visible extensive over-ground installations, the inital ten humans landed.
As a result, with those ten humans having grown up on earth, they print imprint the society there and the adjacent habitats quite strongly. So, those places have, in regards to the small mannerisms, the most earth-like appearance.
The third and fourth wave settled habitats are where society starts to shift from a common terran pattern to "human male", "practical" or "canine" patterns.
Habitats like Polaris, Siberia, Tibet, Kathmandu, Antarktika for example are populated mostly by huskies and snowleopards. Humans living there almost always were born there, growing up in canine family packs.
Those humans, when they have cause to leave their home habitats to go studying, are quite fond of shoes and sandals, but other than a loincloth they usually don't wear a thing.
Other places, like Zamunda, Nambia, Amazonia, Serengeti and such, produce humans that, in the centers of learning, draw attraction for rather colorful wide gowns, as for them the cool airflows are somewhat uncomfortable.
Yet, a loincloth under such a wide, loose gown seems superfluous for them.
In the long run, each habitat will produce its own local flavour. But people will be way more tolerant and understanding for different trends, as the Sahara is for them just as far away as the permafrost of Siberia, or the vacuum of space. And they will usually be more willing adopt to local trends, as the canines in the place will make it their pet project to educate the local humans why this or that trend is good.
