Yay, another part!
A chunk of the door blown out and a pool of dried blood in front of the entry would fit in nicely. Too bad nobody's invented shotguns or gunpowder, yet; nobody would understand the signs.
Speaking of signs, I'm surprised she tried them. Literacy, especially among thieves, has got to be pretty low. She really expected people to read those, much less obey them?

I try to, at least! There's a lot I still gotta work on to make things more believable or whatnot, but I do try and think out as much as I can about what's happening in each frame.
I wanted to just keep adding more details to the shot of the neighborhood, but I had to stop at some point; while I'd love to make each frame a complex, detailed masterpiece, I have to remind myself that I'm telling a story, and nobody wants to wait two or three weeks for a single page (unless they're reading mostly for the art). I'm trying to settle on a style that looks decent enough but can be drawn somewhat quickly, and I've definitely made steps in that direction since starting. I guess all there is to do is do it a lot more.

Everyone's suddenly learning a lot about each other in a frantic, short amount of time; a good number of them awkward.
Isher had planned to wash the wall and get her place all decorated before showing it to any coworkers, but she didn't get much warning this night, and her mind was in all sorts of other places.

So I was just given a link to your comic by complete accident....I just went through reading it all and holy crapoly I love it 8D. I never leave comments over here on fA, in fact I sometimes forget about it but, holy cow I'm going to check weekly just to read your comic. :3
I'm curious if you have ever entertained the idea of putting it onto a website for just it. *shrugs* Who knows, maybe something big could grow from it, though I dunno how much you have planned for it. Anyways! Keep up the great story, I have enjoyed it immensely and you can be sure you have gained a new fan. :3

Hey, thanks for coming out and commenting! Waking up to this made me start my day in a good mood. :)
And yeah, I actually have been holding onto some webspace for a long time now, and all I need to do is redesign it for The OOPs to have it up and running. I told myself I'd get it made after Kass' TF happens, so I should probably get off my ass and do that already. I have a whole lot of ideas and themes to explore in this comic, so I'm pretty sure I'll be at it for a good long while!

You've got one of the better senses of humor of webcomics I've read while still maintaining a great level of seriousness and plot! Everything that comes from Yannit's mouth makes me laugh out loud and so does nearly everything she does. This page is by far my favorite, rivaled only by #19
In short, I love this webcomic and it's absolutely hilarious and good job!
