Well I'm not sure how to do the tinypic thing

oh tinypic is just one of many sites wher you can upload images to the internet. (The reason fir tinypic is that they don't want it to be published in case anything is not ok with the rules). just go to the tinypic site (or stash if you have DA or any other upload site you trust - make sure it is a sit ewhere noone can view the image besides those who you have given the link to). and upload your image there BEFORE you publish it here at FA.
You will be provided a link which is connected to your image (whch has been uploaded to a server somewhere in nowhere to be save). just copy this link and drop a note to the fan group :)

You can also just sent the image to an admin of the fb group before uploading somewhere ;)

Nope the same thing happend :/

All I can recommend is to select to color layer (beneath the lineart layer) and lock the layer (preserve opacy)
this way you won't color over the lines usually.

I had someone contact me about making a suit using your ref. I highly recommend editing the hands. You have 2 views of the palms, but no view of the top of the hands. I love how you are offering this free to use, just makes it a bit hard to use to make a suit when not all surfaces are show on the ref.

Looks better but the hands are backwards now. I know changing the hands requires a lot of editing of layers but you might want to move the thumb placement. Otherwise it looks great.

You NEED horns.
But the rule of AD is that your horns MUST be unique.
You have to come up with an own pattern anyway.

You can also ask a friend artist if they would fill the lineart. Coloring with a mouse is not a problem I think ;)

Some more markings on his arms / torso would make it look a little more interesting if that is what irritates you. I personally like the simplicity but the big unicolor space looks kind of empty?

Credits are always given, and I even copy/paste your info as quote to make sure everyone follows the rules even if you deleted this one.

A journal is made for the original submissions of every artwork here.

I always put the description as a quote so people can know the rules even though this submission have been deleted.

I would also do some mixes with your .psd file to allow people to pick some options without having to download the file for the most (especially those who don't have any layer-supported program).

Can you tell me how to make the tool that you color with on gimp smaller or teach me how to color only in the lines its a problem ;-;

every layer has another layer below which has the same name as the one before with a "color" added to it.
You need to lock the layer (click on the little chechered box within the layer window). After you have done that you can color the layer inside the lines even if your brush hits the outer area, locking the transparency will make transparent parts unpaintable :)

Nevermind that actully but can you relink that hovved without the claws in the front with the short tail in full size please thanks!

Just activate the layer which has the long tail name (I'm not sure if it was "tail long" or "long tail" but I named every layer to be easily recognised ;) )
Also make the layer below (same name + color) visible so you can easily fill in some colors ^^

Just hide the layer with the short tail and you can create a dragon with an original tail :)

But keep all the other stuff :0

If you just want to change the tail you only hide/unhide tail layers. there will be nothing happening to the rest of your dragon ^^

The exact rules to angel dragons can be found at the pinned post of the facebook Angeldragon group (in this pictures description is a link to the group), for designs and adoptables they say:

==== ANGEL DRAGON DESIGN RULES: ====
*** These rules were set by Telephone herself. Our group follows the original design rules that she herself set for the species. Please respect these rules guys, and you are golden! :)****
- Angel dragons ALWAYS have feathered wings.
- NO other angel dragon then Telephone and Radio are allowed to have a ring marking around the muzzle. Anything that looks like a ring like marking around the muzzle isn´t allowed. Even if they aren´t full or not exactly a ring. Any marking on the muzzle that divides two pieces of fur on the muzzle is NOT allowed! It's a trade mark which only they have.
- Be creative with your design. Try as much as you can to be original and unique. Don't just copy someone else's design.
- DON'T copy Telephone's or Radio's markings or horn designs. You are allowed to do semi similar things when it comes to horns and markings, but not the whole bunch. Just be vigilant.
- Again, try to be original, don't make your angel dragon look too much like somebody else's.
- You are allowed to add things or change things as long as they keep they have feathered wings and still look like angel dragons. (For example, Laura's own AD, Remix, has 4 wings.)
- Don't name your angel dragon similar things to Telephone or Radio. Things like TV, Headphone, Microwave, WiFi etc. are NOT acceptable! Name repeats of other characters are okay!
- You are allowed to have a max of 2 angel dragon characters. No more than that. Any more than 2 angel dragons and you will receive a warning and will need to get rid of the excess dragon(s).
- Angel Dragons are Genderless - please do not do porn art of them!! And do not include genitalia in any of your art. You can refer to them under gender based pronouns (he, she, etc), but please refrain from doing any nudity of angel dragons. This is not only because they are technically genderless but also to keep this species age appropriate. This is also a species wide rule - meaning this applies to angel dragons in and out of the group. This will result in a perma ban if this rule is broken.
- NO Hybrids of Angel Dragons are allowed! We cannot stress this enough, but please guys no hybrids of angel dragons with another animal species. Like if you like lemurs and angel dragons, you CAN make an angel dragon COLORED after a Lemur, but you cannot hybridize the appearance/species of an angel dragon with a Lemur. It still has to be an angel dragon. It can be colored however you want it, just cannot be mixed with another species.
- No Winter Coat/Seasonal coat versions of Angel Dragons are allowed. This was requested by Telephone herself. This doesn't mean you can't have a winter themed angel dragon or an angel dragon based off another season, it just means you cannot have the angel dragon change coats during a different time of year/season.
- AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE RULES NEITHER ADMINS OR DEANNA NEED TO APPROVE YOUR ANGEL DRAGON DESIGN. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO.
WHEN IN DOUBT, CHANGE YOUR DESIGN.

- Adoptables can be made, but they must be made using your own original artwork, not a free base or lineart. While it is not a requirement, Deanna (the owner of Telephone) would also like for you to run the design by her.
