Backstory: Scourge is a bio-engineered, dinosaur-like creature from an alien planet known as "Droon". After being deployed to the peaceful flourishing planet by another alien species as a weapon, he was quickly discovered by a lone bounty hunter still in his egg and later, hatched and raised. A series of seemingly unfortunate events ultimately leads to Droon becoming a barren, dry desert and Scourge and his companion, whom he always refers to as his master, leave the planet in search of a new home. However, the odd happening don't stop there, but rather continue as each and every planet they go to suffers the same fate as their beloved homeworld. After getting world that a peculiar curse appears to be spreading around the cosmos, they set out to investigate this curse and hopefully put an end to the cycle.
