A paid commission for 
Zurit of his blue and black dragon, Max!
I got the idea for this style of ref sheet a long time ago, and finally I've had the chance to try it out!
The budget was relatively tight, so I went for multiple colored sketches, with one shaded main drawing. Everything is painted digitally in Krita, except for the paper background, which is a high-resolution scan.
Time: About 6 hours.
