Why does FA not have a taur section?

Khukhuki Kokohro is a member of a pack of taurs commissioned to a kingdom during wartime in Fae. Khukhuki, a foxtaur, is a messenger. Naturally, she is agile and fleet of foot.
Unfortunately, being a messenger has its downsides. For travel reasons, Khukhuki's allowed armor (not pictured) isn't as thick or extensive as warrior's armor, and leaves her vulnerable to arrows, swords etc.
Khukhuki is a rookie, fresh-faced and mild tempered, and tends to be lax and optimistic in her judgments, sometimes underestimating the opponents speed and planning abilities. This has landed her in trouble a good many times, endangering her and her cargo. Because of this calm recklessness, the kingdom has been trying to replace Khukhuki for quite some time. Unfortunately, the other taurs are mostly heavy combat types and unsuitable for the job.
Khukhuki's back claws, which would normally give her a better grip when running, are worn down out of tradition. The taurs are a very prideful race, and this is a full-blown insult to the enemy. Usually this is tradition reserved for pack wars and abandoned in large-scale battle, and the fact Khukhiki keeps it is ultimate proof of her arrogance.
