Background is really solid. Strong colors too.
The only thing that looks off to me is his anatomy. Not sure if it was intended but his torso looks disproportionately long & large compared to his legs. Use your hand and cover up everything below his waist... now remove it and mabey you'll see what I mean.
He feels like he should be taller...but his tiny little legs.
