Back in the old days, Mick and Max Lennon used to be the same character (he alternated between being a Monkee and a Beatle). Later on, I was in a store and saw a Ty plushie named "Corky" (cocker spaniel) and thought it was meant to be. (Corky was the name of the character Micky Dolenz used to play on tv show "Circus Boy"). So I decided to match the plushies colors, give his afro-ears a blond tint and freckles on his nose (What happened to all his freckles? When he grew up, they disappeared!) The muzzle freckles, wild curly fur, almond eyes, and big grin helps to differ him from Max and give him a bit of his own look. I still need to develop his background history, but he is chiefly based on the CHARACTER Micky on the TV show "The Monkees" (NOT the actor).

I've been in a Monkees mood lately.. been reading Micky's autobio book "I'm A Believer" again, it's a great read. :D Also youtubing Monkee episodes. Ahh, sweet nostalgia.

Oh, and don't pay attention to the wonky coloring of the nether-region, the floof looked like two round fluffy puffs (which totally gave the wrong impression!) so i had to white it out and that messed it up further.. so I photoshopped it! :P
