Help the kitties with a small donation!
As you may know, I foster cats for Cloud 9 Cat Rescue.
Cloud 9 Cat Rescue needs help to finance ringworm and coccidia treatments for 5 of their cats: a mom and 4 little kittens.
Any amount you can spare helps!

THE STORY:
This rescue helps by taking cats from larger, overpopulated kill shelters, and dispatches them into foster homes until they find their forever homes.
The ringworm was detected during a routine vet appointment a few weeks after being taken from the shelter. Since all the animals are screened AT THE SHELTER by a vet BEFORE being taken in by Cloud 9, these two ailments came as a surprise to them and of course blew a hole in their budget.
If you can give a donation of any amount you can spare, it would be highly appreciated.
Money will also go towards products to disinfect the environment to help contain the ringworm and to also treat my pets that are also in the household should they get the fungus. (of course all animals are currently separated, but the fungus is very contagious and requires daily cleaning to avoid spreading).
These cats are very lucky, ringworm = automatic death sentence here in the shelters of Quebec.
About Mhysa and her kittens:
Mhysa came to us very thin (you can feel her bones), and with 3 little kittens: Flynn, Maisie and Kiro. She was abandoned likely on the basis that she was pregnant, and found as a stray. At the shelter, a tiny gray kitten orphan kitten was brought in, and was scheduled for euthanasia. At that time of year, the big shelter is over populated with no resources to take care of motherless kittens. Mhysa took her in as her own. She was named Charlotte. Mhysa is a very sweet cat, always purring and happy to see people. Her and her kittens are very kind and deserve the best! So far we found homes for 3 of the kittens. Their treatments should be over within 2 months and they're ready to go!

I hope they get their treatment smoothly!
I hope they get their treatment smoothly!
Much better! Pardon for the lack of updates, taking care of the kittens + 40 hr work weeks makes little internet update time!
The ringworm is clearing up on flynns face here and his fur is starting to grow back. We are going to take some cultures in 3 weeks time from now and have some more official, and hopefully ringworm free good news!
