So this is my lovely Astraea, the Galaxy Skull Dog. She was a Design from the lovely Cigaretteburns :) She has mastered the art of constellation making. The celestial branch of the skull dog species are very sparkly, with swirly fur. Their also much older then Normal Galaxy Skulls. she has her own hammer she can use when creating constellations and such. She does not really 'Fly' but rather levitates or floats. Her Eye's, Wings, Tail and Rib cage are filled with Stars, Galaxy's and such. She is very sweet and can also be very timid and shy. But she loves to be around people and make friends. Her tail is super soft and fluffy like a cloud. She wears all kinds of attire, mainly depending on her mode or influence of music she is indulging in. Though when she is making life in the universe among the worlds and stars she is always is a very special outfit made specifically for when she does. She can also put dying stars to rest. She does this by 'eating' them. They then slowly fade into her becoming a new star to be reborn or created.

One of the other things she in specific can do is manifest the stars into 'Spirits'. These spirits she can control and manifest into many different things. Such as different creatures or objects and even weapons. Once a Spirit is made, they can only die if 1. the Creator Dies, or the Soul they are bound to Dies. She can bind these Spirits to Anything and anyone if she chooses to do so. They are Astral Guardians. Now in rare cases, a star that was not relieved when dying 'CAN' become a very Bitter and Hate filled star. When this happens, it is manifested into a Spectral Guardian. These normally do not stick to one soul. They move from one to another. Sometimes they absorb themselves into the soul to become one with that soul. Feeding off of their ill wills or feelings. Once bound like this they can not be removed, only healed. To be healed the host of the soul must become at peace. They are very VERY rare, for Astraea can feel when a star is in pain.
