The WIP looks great. The change from plantigrade to digitigrade and the growth of the wings and tail are nicely shown. I'd suggest setting the "Theme" to Transformation. Then we might get some constructive comments from some of the fans of Transformation sequences. I'd be happy to get some other opinions, though I'd prefer to avoid creepy comments about my 'sona.
Here's a few comments: The book in his hand in the first sketch is a good touch. The outfit is good but I'm flexible if you have any other ideas you'd prefer, clothing that works for multiple forms can be rather complicated to design. The kilt/loincloth part of the outfit can be shorter, since that would make it more practical for flight. The sandals that forms 2 and 3 are wearing in this series http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14107549/ are an attempt to design some footwear that can work for both plantigrade and digitigrade, so it would be great if you can do a version of that design. His headfur/hair can be short like a mane in all the poses (it could change length, but that isn't necessary). For the tail growth, the first part of the tail to appear should be the part at the base that has all the little feathers (seen here http://www.furaffinity.net/full/14547981/ ) so that 'triangle' of little feathers should be in all the poses that have a tail. I hope that's helpful and keep up the good work.
