Here the looming lady is taking one for the team fighting ALS. Just like the Old Spice Guy, though, Anita is just too hot for the poor ice water to let it mess up her perfectly tailored suit. Balderdashery!
I'm sure the donation to the cause was... substantial.

That would mean she'd have to maintain a temperature of at least 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) or higher for the water to boil and vaporize on contact with her skin. It's fascinating that she hasn't spontaneously combusted with such a high internal temperature. I must study this phenomenon... FOR SCIENCE!
Being a massively rich and powerful Dragoness with access to the best materials and tailors and more than a little magic, we should expect her clothing to be able to do whatever she needs it to do, within broad limits. Could easily be "Unstable Molecules" from Reed Richards. :D
