No worries, man! Swat Kats was a cartoon series that ran in the mid-ninties. It centered around two automechanics that used spare parts from military equipment to become superhero/vigilantes.
It was, and still is, a kick-ass show! It hasn't been released on dvd (which sucks), but they have all of the episodes on Youtube if you wanna check it out!

A very powerful and strong presentation of work that has greatly shown that your talents are at a professional status and that you have a developed style that is energetic, absorbing and striking to view. Your approach to male anatomy is very well expressed here for you have kept the form simple with portraying a striking and fearsome pose, yet it is the perspective and angle that you portray the character that allows a sense of strength to come forth. It works well with where you position the shot and greatly works with the theme you express the character within.
Colour is where you have really shinned for what you show is at a very powerful level. The warm addition of tones that vast majority of tonal value to express the sense of moonlight and city night lights on the character are truly stunning. You've selected a very good selection of tones and it's easy to tell that you know how to work with colour so express phenomenal results. The comparison of light and dark is also excellently touched on for the way you have approached it here not only brings the character to a 3d perspective, but demonstrates that you know how to work with shading to increase charm to a phenomenal level of understanding.
Keep it up.

ZOMG SWAT KAT. *worship*
XD That guy is AWESOME for commissioning his character to be in a Swat uniform.
*hugs DVD collection of Swatkats* << I think I'm going to watch it now and work more on my Swatkat fanfiction.
<---has been obsessing over Swatkats for the past month.
^_^ Maybe I'll ask my favourite artists (including Bo here <3) to do a picture for me of Jake and Chance.
OKAY! Done with rant! XD I really DO love the picture itself. His posture and that grin are so commanding. He's definitely a strong character who doesn't seem like he'll back down to anything.

When the full image loaded, I started by only seeing the feet. Looked great so far...hit the legs, okay...looked fine up to the shoulders. Then you hit the head. And it just kills the coolness of the picture. ><
I'm pretty sure it's that odd square snout that kills it for me. Wonderful picture otherwise, though. Keep up the good work.
