[NMA] Toby the Otter's Full Ref
Here is a ref of Toby that I commissioned from
Onebigthistle
I have decided that Toby will become my new Fursona. Sorry Evest. I am in love with him. All my otter love has finally an OC to obsess over. I also made sure to ask to have his heart butt showing. It is not an ideal heart butt but it is a lovable heart butt as all heart butts are .3.
Toby is a North American River Otter, born and raised in Central California around the San Francisco Bay Area. He had no trouble finding food with the help of humans thus over time adding quite alot to his weight. He is 3'3'' from head to feet and weighs a staggering 85 lbs. His tail is an extra 1'2''. He walks on his fours and drags his belly along the ground as a result. He does waddle sometime on his hind legs too, when the distance it short. Currently lives in Forks of Salmon, CA.
He is not that lazy. He would prefer to stay out of things to avoid work and conflict however he knows there are things that have to be done and will go work on them eventually. He prefers shellfish as his natural choice food, with fish a close second, but he would most always choose human food over it, if he could. He is quite friendly and tries to relate to everyone. Doing so has resulted in him being able to make friends with vastly different kinds of personality types. Lastly, he quite enjoys his belly and moods being rubbed. He often does it himself after a meal.
He always is seen with a rock necklace named Boulder (who is still getting over his conflicted feelings) that he used to break open shellfish. His Necklace is like a mood necklace however he draws his mood on it so it is not instantaneous and can infact sometimes be humorously wrong. There are times when he uses it to break open a shellfish just to have it not break and bounce off of his belly, smacking him in the face and Boulder would just have an "XD" face.
I plan to add to this as more info comes up.
I hope you enjoy ^_^
