Just got my huge shipment of beads in! Expanded with more than 15 new colors, new glow-in-the-darks and got some overstock on Pearl colors too! What I have here covers just about all the colors that are available from Perler, so with that being said I am removing the bead cost in my commission chart. If it's not here, it's not likely it's an option because I am literally missing "Gold" and one other color. (^__^)
I was holding off until I tested all the brands I saw, these are the best of the best and I will only order from them because I want the highest quality possible. (As previously shown in my Perler PSAs.)
Side note: Sale on head-shot badges ends at midnight tonight, so get those notes in, I have 2 spots available now that I got confirmation on Barfmonster, but will accept placeholders if you want to get the discount.
For details CHECK THIS OUT!

For the basics you should be able to get by with around $100 to $200 depending on what you already have around the house, I am just a stupid perfectionist and pay for it far to often X3 lol
I would expect something like this to start...
- 1 Super board (about $15 with shipping)
- 4 Connecting small boards ($4 ish a piece + shipping, but eventually you want at least 9 of these, I have about 12 currently)
- Between 1 and 5 of the pre-sorted bead assortments (the packs with 8 to 12 pre-separated colors, don't get the 20,000 assorted, you will want to die having to find one bead for a project in that mess lol, $10 ish a piece, so lets say $50 to be safe on beads)
- An iron (don't cheap out on the iron, you'll regret it later, look for a decent one on Amazon round $60 to $100 ish, preferably one that specializes with OUT the use of water)
- A good pair of tweezers (I prefer reverse grip, but any jewelry tweezers will do, don't get the kind you find in the bathroom, they are horrible and to fat for double bead grabbing, $10 to $20 ish here as well for good ones)
- Good Wax paper, again don't skimp or it will stick or fuzz the full melt side, the $1.99 ish is fine, don't waste the money on the Perler brand wax paper, they over charge like a mother on the paper.
Those are the primary tools, there's a bunch of other stuff I use and once you think you are really ready to get into it start buying beads in bulk from perler.com. If you spend more then $60, shipping is free and they reduce the cost to $1.99 per bag of 2,000. (Where as in most hobbie shops they are between $2.99 and $4.99 a bag of 2,000, less coupons or sales of course.)
Hope that helps! If you have any Qs, lemme know. (^__^)
