Amaretto is 28 years old, and works as a food critic. Unlike most stereotypical food critics, however, he avoids tearing down unsatisfying restaurants; just because he didn't like it, doesn't mean that no one else will. He has a well-earned reputation of being easygoing and quick to forgive. Despite this, he knows how to impose his presence when necessary.

Amaretto (the drink) is an almond liqueur of Italian origin. Its alcohol content is generally around 25%. It is a digestif (usually consumed after a meal). It has a strong, sweet flavour.

I've wanted to draw alcohol-themed characters for a long while now... but I won't have any use for them, so instead of hoarding them, I decided to sell them to those who may make better use of them than me.
Amaretto is my favourite alcohol, and as such, I decided it would also be the first character I would design in the series.
