His name is known in many dragon tongues as "the seer" or "overseer". He is the decendent of an ancient race that once acted as the Divine Jurors and judged all souls as they passed through this world into the next. He surrendered his sight long ago to be able to see past the lies of his own eyes, unblinded from truth, so he wouldn't meet the same fate as his ancestors.
He watches the world from a secret realm of which no one has seen and is only spoken of in rumor.
