Yikes. I like the combination of attraction and repulsion you used here, by giving her a sexy body but also a blade tail, gigantic bat wings, and those rather creepy high-heel feet that look quite hard to walk on.
I imagine her to have some kind of magic that hides the danger(to make you focus on the sexiness), either some psychic illusion or maybe a shapeshifting ability. Either way, she's going to have quite an advantage against male characters, unless she can disguise as whatever gender she wants or else be accompanied by a male incubus. Though, I can imagine some dialogue from a possible game with this:
"So you failed your saving throw, you don't notice the succubus's true form, and she reaches out seemingly to embrace you but instead impales you with her demon spikey tail thing. Start another character sheet at level 1."
"Um, did I mention before that Brandis is gay?"

*nods* I imagine with the sort of magical/otherworldly seductive power of succubi and incubi, you don't even necessarily have to be normally attracted to men or women to find them alluring. Like even as an asexual person or person attracted to men, maybe you'd suffer only a -2 penalty against succubi, whereas people who ARE attracted to women normally would suffer a -4?
And yeah, I wonder if they have a mind-fog ability, so people don't notice their demonic parts, or simply victims find them so sexy their minds just don't CARE about the parts that aren't right?
