Blessed under the bright moon on a lunar new year these wonderful creatures came to existence one day. Moonbuns received their name because of how they live, a moonbun collects moonlight and converts the lunar rays into moon dust which is stored in their bodies. The moon dust can bee seen collected in the glass like shells upon the moonbun's hips. This dust is needed to survive, if a moonbun is unable to absorb any moonlight through their forehead gem slowly their bodies will begin to decay.

Common Tier

These buns are the most common and have only one forehead gem.
Commoners are only welcome into the Lunar Palace on the lunar new year.

Blessed Tier

These buns were common but have been blessed by a deity bun. Once blessed the bun will take a few traits from their deity bun and then serve them.
Traits can include, second head gem or decorated cages.
These buns are rarely allowed into the Lunar Palace, of course they are welcome on the lunar new year.
RARELY WILL BE BLESSED WITH THE MOON'S EYE

Royal Tier

These buns are born with two head gems and decorated cages.
The royals have a chance of having their largest gem to be shaped differently than others.
These buns either live or freely visit the lunar palace of their free will.

Deity Tier

These buns are very rare. Only a few will exist ever.
The deity tiers will have all the traits of a royal however they are immortal. Instead of a heart these buns are blessed with a chest cage, holding a crystal inside. These buns are blessed with some magics and the trait of being all seeing, the ability known as the the Moon's Eye_{[Hence the full moon marking in the eyes]},
Buns can use this to learn of ones whereabouts through the moon and transport to said location.
These buns live in the upper chambers of the lunar palace.
