Gazzel - Yinglet Reference Sheet
"Gazelle, hello there. We'll have you through processing in just a moment."
"Gazzel."
"I said that. It will be just a few moments and-"
"Zat is not what you said. You called me one of dey horn head deerz zings. I is no deerz. I is Gazzel."
"Okay, Gazzel. Right. Now, as I was saying, we'll have you through- HEY! Put that back on the table. That's right, take it out of your bag and put it back on the table."
Reluctantly, Gazzel complies, "I zought it was extra. You know, like zey surplus in warehouse big place. Lots extra zhere, nobody wants so I help give new home. Is good zing, yah."
YINGLETS! The species of some strange evolution that allowed stilt leg creatures wandering the tide and marsh flats hunting for food, trinkets, yummy things that go crunch when you bite them and so on. Sentient, but of comparable adolescent human intelligence, they have their own society and cultural traditions to uphold while trying to be accepted in the wider world where they are seen as barely more than animals. Oddly enough, they don't seem to mind, since they thing much the same about humans.

valsalia. I got permission to draw a character and hope to do more. They are quite the interesting species and Valsalia has a comic featuring the transformation of one human to a yinglet form, changing genders in the process. Go check it out today.

Ahhhh man lookit this little guy! I'm especially loving how you rendered the furry tufts, the stance and expression in the full body art! And the hat. Love the hat. It's great to be able to see how another (rather accomplished) artist artistically interprets these little things! Since we all have little ways of looking at the same thing in different ways, it's both fascinating and artistically helpful to see what kinds of things get emphasized, how various parts go together and whatnot.
Awesome characterization too, especially in the text underneath! This is a real treat, and I'd love to see more of whatever else you might come up with!

Congrats on your cameo in the actual comic! (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16470225/)
