And here are the two last employees!
Although "employees" isn't the best word.
Don the Pangoro is an extremely successful businessman, who touches to everything: TV, movies, cruises... Something mainly due to his "I know what I want and nothing outside of downright illegal stuff will prevent me from getting it!" mindset.
When an earthquake damaged his main office building, he found an ad for Big Arms Inc. and curiosity took him to hire them.
They did so much of a good job that Don, seeing an opening to get in the construction business, tried to hire them as their only and exclusive client (or rather, employer).
But they weren't interested, and when Don insisted, he found his match in stuborness with Angus.
One shouting face-off later ("COULD YOU STOP YELLING?!" "I'M A BILLIONAIRE AND A BUSINESSMAN!! I HAVE TO YELL TO GET MYSELF HEARD BY MY SHAREHOLDERS!!" "LOOK, BUDDY: IF YOU WANNA DO A BIG MOUTH CONTEST WITH ME, YOU'RE GONNA LOSE!! BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK WITH LOUD MACHINES AND MOTORS!!" "Okay, someone wanna bet on who will get aphonic first?"), they finally reached an agreement: Don would be their main client and they'd work his construction works for free, but in exchange, he'd be the treasurer and patron of Big Arms Inc., and unless he'd have something more important to do, he'd work on the field with them. Having always been a hard worker, Don was not reluctant at all on the last condition.
Anton the Slaking knew what he wanted to do since he was a kid: architect. But his studies weren't extraordinary. Not because he was bad, on the contrary, he was amazingly talented. But because he tended too much to let his imagination go free and to design buildings that went ahead and beyond everything in construction.
And after his studies, he discovered the hard way that, in real life, no construction company would accept to work on his ideas, claiming them to be too difficult and impractical to build. And they weren't wrong, alas.
Forced to do small jobs to make live, he got real depressed. Until Don, for who he was a secretary then, caught him doing some plans while working.
Anton was fired, that didn't surprise him. Then he was immediately hired as architect, that surprised him.
And his surprise grew even bigger when the Big Arms Inc. team welcomed the challenge of his ideas of building ("But... But every company I tried to work with always said it was too hard, impractical!" "Kid, we're not 'every company'. We've got among others a living plan adapter and a mad scientist. We got this."). And they got this indeed: the completed building was a tremendous success.
Free of designing whatever he wants, and more than willing to work the physical work too, Anton is now fully a member of Big Arms Inc.
And there we are! Big Arms Inc. is now fully complete!
Their adventures can now begin!

And so, Big Arms Inc. is complete, eh? I did think something along the lines of Slaking would be here; Pangoro went completely over my head.
Once again, I love the backstories behind these two. The fact that their personalities (and clothes, and posture, and everything) somehow match their 'occupations' is rather nice! If only I could have been present at that shout bout; I'm sure it would be one heck of a spectacle!
And the reference to sirs Arno and Cid are lovely, here; given the context, sir Angus' speech made me go 'daw' for a moment.
It is good to see the crew has assembled, at last. I eagerly await to see what adventures the future holds in store for them!
(By the way, one of my characters is an architect. It would be nice to to trade notes with sir Anton, sometime, maybe. Sir Anton's imagination is definitely something I'd like to see in action!)

One of two, you win a cyber-cookie!
TakaTaka proves once again that he's the real deal!
"And the reference to sirs Arno and Cid are lovely, here; given the context, sir Angus' speech made me go 'daw' for a moment."
I'm really glad you reacted like that. For me, Big Arms Inc. are like the Straw Hat Pirates: a little group with their excentricities and/or weird/checkered pasts, but each one the absolute best at his function and all of them a solid group of friends. But with less dumbness
For their adventures, I can give you the pitch of the first two:
* The Monster of the Broken Lake: A ridiculous event involving a mad artist forces our team to go hunt the eponymous monster.
Little facts: Angus blows a fuse, Bill discovers a mysterious secret, the fourth wall gets broken.
* The Princess' debt: The team goes to the rescue of a monarchy threatened by an evil mogul.
Little fact: Arno falls head over heels for the princess, the mogul is Don's archenemy, the villains include an Empoleon and two Charizards.
Your character, he's William Lightglare, right? Yeah, I can see a commission like that...

That is a cyber-cookie I humbly accept. And sir Taka really does know his stuff!
You have my interest piqued at their future adventures, now. I do love me some fourth wall breaking! Plus, the new characters are something I am really looking forward to. And seeing sir Arno get lovestruck is definitely going to be another something!
And, yes, sir William is indeed that one. Once I have him visualized, then maybe...
