kandikatkreations took on my bodysuit last August (2013) before she moved to where she is now..
Been waiting for my bodysuit to come but NEVER has, last message i got from her was this from what i said:
"Me;hey was wondering how things are going getting a little upset its been a year now and still havent seen pictures or received my bodysuit you keep working on..alot of my friends are claiming you scammed me i hope this isnt true i would still really want my suit that i gave you tons of trade items ect ect for before you moved i know you have school and family drama but please i want to know what the hell is going on.."
"Her: look its getting done okay! the LAST thing that needs to be added is the damn zipper stop messaging me about the damn thing it will get done when it gets done okay!"
"me: well clearly ive waited a year for the thing cant you just send me what you have done now i can finish the rest?"
"her: i do NOT send unfinished shit only PRODUCT!"
and basically this is the last thing i EVER heard from her in the last 5-6 months..
SO what should i honestly do?
she sent me 2 pictures of the suit and this is one of them..
I mean it looks awesome and all seriously! but i STILL have yet to receive this and the last person i talked to said to take her to small claims court WHICH i DONT want to do since shes a friend and all.. Ive tried to offer to pay for shipping ect ect but still no word of IF IM EVER GOING TO GET IT!..REALLY sad that this is happening since i was told before it was commissioned oh yeah it will be done in no time ect ect..

You should one, report this to FA staff that there is a user scamming members, I had gotten a member banned once for such a thing. They do care for their users and any one using their web site to scam they look into.
second, how did you pay for it? If you used a credit card hooked to paypal, call your card company to see if payment can be revoked.

how i paid for it sadly was with electronics,games,and fur materials for her when she was doing her "crafting" and i gave her a few other things for stuff for a sewing machine along with my DTD
i gave her ALOT of stuff that was worth well enough to cover a bodysuit for making and possibly more so im unsure how that will work PLUS its been OVER a year..
and its really NOT like shes around much online anyways so what would that do?

Well I saw she added something to her favorites a week ago so she is still active. Send her another note. Tell her how you feel taken advantage of.
Thats all I can suggest since it was paid for in items, not money. Just what ever you do, never be rude. Its the worst thing you could do to someone who owes you something.
I know, I made a suit for a friend a long time ago, and was unable to ever get a ride to go ship it. It was about a year till I was able to but I kept telling him that so its not like he was left in the dark. Then he had his friend come and attack me, insult me and call me names. That was the end of that friendship, and any future dealings with him. (all he did was pay for supplies too, thats it, not even the time spent making it)
so take it from me, something is not worth fighting for when you still need them to do something for you in the end.

ONLY time suit business was brought up was when I HAD TO ask and then she got irritated and told me to NEVER bring it up when i text her (when i had her number that is)

Yeah, that sounds like a scam. I just dont know what you could do other then continue to try and get in contact with her. If you have an email, email her with that, if you have a phone number, call or text, if you have a FB, send a message there.
And in the end...you may have to cut your losses and save for another suit :( as sucky as that is.
If you ever wanted to get a body suit again, I could always cut you a deal on one in the future seeing as I feel for you (I paid for a premade partial I never received, thankfully was able to get back all but 100 dollars spent on it because of a stupid 90 day refund rule with my credit card)
And in the end...you may have to cut your losses and save for another suit :( as sucky as that is.
If you ever wanted to get a body suit again, I could always cut you a deal on one in the future seeing as I feel for you (I paid for a premade partial I never received, thankfully was able to get back all but 100 dollars spent on it because of a stupid 90 day refund rule with my credit card)
i honestly know how to make them and such but she wanted more experience with making suits and suit parts is what i was told so me being me was like sure lets do this!

well heres what me and kita did to get our art from that thief:
1: note her asking about it
2: every few days send her a shout about it
3: no response then talk about court on her shouts
4: and poof you will get your art!
you will NEVER get a refund no matter what you do sadly..
yeah i dont want to do court thing on a friend but..if it comes to that..
