I ran across this piece again while browsing around FA and forgive me if this is sappy or weird but
Around the time you guys got together and posted this piece, me and my boyfriend were enamored by this other guy we were really close with. We were so in love with him but so worried of what it would mean to be in a poly relationship and the anxiety kept us from ever pursuing him. But then I saw this piece and I remember my heart filling with so many emotions. You've always been one of my favorite artists, and you had been brave enough to pursue who you loved. It inspired me in ways I can't even put into words, and from that day I realized that I couldn't live without both of these guys in my life forever. I realized just how much I wanted what you had. I realized I wanted to be in a relationship with both of them.
After two more months of gathering the courage we finally asked him out- and he said yes! I've never been happier in my life.
Now when I look at this piece I realize just how important it was for me to see someone else in a poly relationship, and I can honestly say you helped inspire me to make one of the best leaps of my life, and for that I am so very grateful.
