Oh my lord!! A hefty dinner!!! Honey siriracha pork ribs with salad and broccoli rice! Definitely worth a try!!
The broccoli rice was a Premade dish for sams club. The salad was just chopped up romaine, shredded parmesan and croutons. Now the ribs however, have their own recipe!
Ingredients:
1 rack of pork spareribs
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/3 cup siriracha
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 °F. On baking sheet, line foil down and place ribs on. In seperate bowl add the rest of ingredients together and mix.
2. With a cooking brush, brush on sauce on both sides of ribs.
3.Put in oven and cook for 1 hour. After first hour, brush on more sauce and put back in over for another hour. Continue this process for about 3.5 hours or until fully cooked. Pull out of oven, brush one more time and you are done!! And that's it! They come out so juicy and delicious and the crust of the ribs is just full of flavor!! I hope you enjoy! !!

Oh! My! Dog! Vrghr just finished supper, and the image alone of this has this wuffy drooling again!
Sriracha, such a wonderful hot sauce! In wuff's mind, superior in nearly every way to Tabasco. Paired with honey to cut a bit of the heat and bring sweetness, plus to add the fantastic caramelization you get from sugars and heat. Vinegar for just a bit of tang, and sesame for the deep, savory, nutty note. Yup! Wuf gotta say you knocked this one out of the park!!
BRAVO! *applauds*
