Up to date ref sheet, now with authentic eyedropper-able action! I do love my old one, but it's a bit useless for digital artists to be able to take colours from (I discovered!) Hopefully this one is much more useful for people :)

Changes from the last one:
- right ear star changed to 10mm black flesh tunnel
- right wrist less cluttered, now just a watch and hair bobbles
- left wrist has new Scottish flag rubber wrist band to go with Help for Heroes one
