Jairus Page was born within the Federation of United Terran Stars, on the artificial world of Arsamas. His parents were among the engineers who worked on the creation of this artificial planet, and from his childhood Jay was fascinated by different mechanical stuff. However, more than anything else he liked stuff that could make other stuff blow up, burn, or fall apart. Upon graduating from the Technological University of Terra, Jay joined the Terran military. He started designing modified Panzerknecht that could be used by enkidu like himself. Well, not exactly like himself, because Jay is only around one and a half meters tall. He is rather well-known in the military now, and is considered one of the leading specialists in the PK in general.
Jay is nice and open, if a bit shy. Sometimes, however, he can be rather mischievous, and often builds random gadgets that have little to no practical use to play pranks on his friends, or just because he has some spare time and nothing else to do.
