RainFurrest. 83? As in 1983?
This has always been one of my favorite pieces. Everything just feel so "real" even like the way the fabric on the pants hold their shape and the way the ears blend into the hair. His fingers, the motion in them captured for an instant and that raised foot speak volumes about his body language when combined with his facial expression. This is one of the rare pieces of art that seem to transcend the moment they depict to truly tell the "1000 words" an image is worth. It is almost as if it was painted from a reference photo from another reality.
