Thorne is an Entei and comes from a rich royal family. Always getting the best in everything. She has been able to win many a battle by barely even trying. Here she is taunting her opponent a little by surrounding the entire ring in a wall of flame with barely a motion of her finger.
Thorne has very powerful attacks but she never really trained to be very physically strong.
She sees Rose as a commoner and mocks her a bit for looking so swollen up in both body and chest; calling her unladylike.
Can Rose defeat such a powerful rival? Only time will tell.
