People hate hearing it, but it's just practice. Different art programs can help, but you really can get smooth lines in any program if you want to.
When I first tried out a smooth inking style, years ago, it looked absolutely horrible, but I just kept at it since I really wanted to get that style.
However, I learned recently that most smoothness is an illusion. When you see a small image, it certainly looks perfect. I got to see a close up of an artist's work, that I admire, only to find out the inking was actually pretty sloppy, which isn't a bad thing.
Plus smooth lines aren't the only style out there, sketchy lines look awesome :3

He's such a cutie. I really like how you draw children, and how well you capture not just the right emotions for each piece but how these emotions are filtered through childish perceptions of the world. I really like how happy he looks just to have someone (his parents I presume) paying attention to him, and his charmingly innocent need to be loved. Plus I love his childishly awkward stance that suggests maybe he hasn't quite got the whole walking thing down just yet. The whole thing is really sweet.
Is your sensitivity working on photoshop? I don't use that program so I don't know how to adjust it but most programs let you adjust how much sensitivity the brush has, some people need it to be more sensitivity because they press about the same amount of the tablet, while others need less sensitivity because they keep pushing hard on it.
