This is Terry the crossdressing cyclops with awesome sideburns. He is Sidney's secratary.

he used to dress like a regular dude and he was hired as such, but after about a week Sidney noticed that he was very withdrawn and though he was a kickin' rad secretary he was terrible with clients. after asking what was wrong she found he had horrible social anxiety and any situation concerning other people left him frozen with fear. Instead of firing him for being a weirdo, Sid instead gave him a pair of flats she kept under her desk and told him to wear them when he felt nervous and let some of her awesome flow into him (it's a good thing they were the same size). Terry idolized Sid so even thought he thought it was stupid he gave it a try. Well turns out it worked and Terry got more confident with other people. he was still very quiet but at least he didn't blow chunks before meetings anymore. After a while he became more and more interested in Sid's wardrobe until he shyly asked her one day if she had anything to go with the shoes. delighted and bored of playing with her paperweights (she was making them act out spanish soap operas and she was tired of the glass piggybank screaming accusations of unfaithfulness at the koosh ball in a coma) she took him out and they played dress-up for the rest of that day, since then his favorite thing is dressing like a lady.
