Depends a lot on the size and price of the book - format - color - lots of factors. Im sure you can get it done at a quality and price that would sell at FWA easily. I love little books like that and for $10-$15 I'd prob snag one. But you'd have to sign it and I may beg you to sketch something quick and silly on the inside cover.
I wouldn't relay on people up here, they'll tell you yes and then get to the con and not buy a damn thang.
Just do it for you, if they buy then cool.
