Number of stripes on tail doesn't matter, but the tip should be black and the base should be white.
She is usually depicted with a light jacket and jeans, but can wear other things.
If the colors seem inconsistent it's because the blue tinge is a recent modification and I can't decide if I want her tail and arms to match her hair or not.
(Some versions have the backs of her ears gray as well.)
