Drawn after the US vs. Australia Woman's World Cup game.

On the US side is "Sharon the 'Merican' and on the Australian side is Lizzy the 'Saucy Aussie.'
Yeah I said 'Merican for Sharon's sake; we tend to say 'Merica nowadays. That's a great set up for a joke. "You Americans are so lazy; you don't even use the first 'A' in America anymore!"
I always refer to Lizzy as 'The Saucy Aussie' since she is pretty rough and sporty.

But not in this particular instance. As the US won 3-1 in the US vs. Australia game; I'm having Lizzy represent that defeat while Sharon runs around blonde and proud.

I actually drew this as practice before getting back to my current projects. I am drawing in a newer, hotter environment and in a style I'm not exactly used to. So it helps to kind of get the hang of it by experimenting.
